A lot of you are probably aware that there have been major changes going on within the Siteocity universe. While they are all done with the idea of improving the quality of service you receive, we will be the first to admit that not everything has gone smoothly. We want to utilize the blog to notify and clarify what has happened, as well as what will happen.
Over the last 12 months we have launched a new site, new hosting packages, moved to a new Data Center, and launched a new billing/support system. The idea behind these changes was to move Siteocity to the edge of the hosting industry rather than being left in the dust. The new packages were created with one thing in mind, more for the customer, and we feel that we have achieved this goal. No matter what level of package you have the majority of the allotments were increased with no additional cost.
The second biggest change was obviously the new site. It is a vast improvement in terms of design and ease of access than the previous site. In an attempt to make it the one stop for any issues, we built a new billing/support site to go a long with it. We felt that rather than having to go to one site for billing, and a different site for support, it would be better to combine them and reduce the clutter. So out with Ubersmith and in with WHMCS. While there have been growing pains with moving to WHMCS we feel that this has been a huge benefit to our client base in a very short amount of time. We will continue to make changes as we learn what works best for our customers, so please continue to provide feedback.
We are continuing to make changes on a daily basis from the feedback we are getting from you. We will continue to use your suggestion to evolve Siteocity into the best hosting company we can be! Nothing is too small or insignificant, so please keep the suggestions coming.
